P&P Flooring Ltd — FloorQuote
The challenge
P&P Flooring Ltd had outgrown spreadsheets and a shared inbox.
Quoting was slow and inconsistent. Vinyl drop calculations, roll widths, floor prep, adhesive, underlay, and product rules depended on who built the quote, not the business. New enquiries arrived through email with no structured intake process, installer handovers were buried in long email threads, and there was no single view of active jobs.
The inbox had become the operating system.
What we built
FloorQuote is a purpose-built business system designed around the way P&P Flooring Ltd actually works.
It connects the full job lifecycle — from a new enquiry arriving in Gmail, through to quoting, job tracking, installer handover, and follow-up. The result is a system where the office, owners, and installers can all see what they need without relying on memory, spreadsheets, or scattered email threads.
The outcome
Quoting moved from per-person interpretation to a consistent, rule-based process. The office gained a clear view of active jobs. Installers receive scoped job packs automatically. Overnight emails are classified before the day starts. Follow-ups, quotes, and job information are no longer scattered across spreadsheets and inbox threads.
The business now has one connected system instead of several disconnected tools.

Services involved
“Before FloorQuote, I was spending the first hour of every day going through emails and figuring out what needed to happen next. Now it’s just there — the jobs are tracked, the quotes are followed up, and the overnight emails are already sorted. It’s built the way we work.”
