Ara Tika Systems came from two worlds meeting — technology and small business.
I've spent my career working in tech companies, from banks to Trade Me to Xero, learning how good systems can simplify work, connect people, and create better ways of operating.
Then last year, when my dad retired from his flooring business, we stepped in.
We didn't know flooring. But we did know technology, automation, systems, and process. And we quickly saw what so many businesses are dealing with every day — scattered tools, manual admin, missed follow-ups, and too much work sitting in one person's head.
Ara Tika was born from that experience.
