FloorQuote grew out of running this business ourselves.

The problem
The inbox was the operating system. Enquiries arrived unstructured, quotes depended on who built them, jobs lived in long email threads, and supplier price rises were easy to miss.
What we built
A rebuilt website with local service pages that sends every enquiry into FloorQuote: rule-based quoting, a jobs board, installer job packs and a supplier price watch.
What changed
Work now runs in one system from enquiry to ready-to-invoice, with Xero kept as the accounts record.

What we built
A bilingual site with online registration, a private admin for the membership register, pānui, a calendar, a gallery and the Japan 2027 trip pages.
What changed
Whānau register online and the club keeps its register in one place. A second club, Pioke (pioke.org), now runs on the same platform.

Ara Tika Systems came from two worlds meeting: technology and small business.

Kia ora, I'm Tyrone. I've spent my career in tech companies, learning how good systems simplify work and connect people.

When Dad stepped back from the family flooring business, we stepped in. We didn't know flooring, but we did know technology, automation and process.

We quickly saw what so many businesses deal with every day, including too much of the work sitting in one person's head. FloorQuote started there, built for our own business first.

Now we build the same kind of practical systems for other businesses and community organisations.
